Soon, the wait will be over: in 2025, we will reopen the doors to the Gilde Brauerei for you! In the meantime, we are converting the site to make space for our new restaurant. So please be patient – soon you will be able to take a look behind the scenes again. As soon as the new restaurant opens, we will publish available dates for tours of the brewery here.
